A crash involving three vehicles sent three people to hospital early Saturday morning in York.
The collision occurred at about 2 a.m. on Lacey Avenue in the area of Keele Street and Eglinton Avenue. Toronto police report that one of the vehicles involved struck a tree.
Paramedics examined four people at the scene. While one person did not require or accept further medical care, three were transported to hospital with serious injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
The circumstances leading up to the crash have not been released. Police are continuing to investigate, and no charges have been announced.
