A 38-year-old Belle River woman is facing multiple charges following a fail-to-remain crash early Monday morning. OPP officers responded to Eleventh Street around 1:10 a.m. and later arrested the driver.

She has been charged with impaired operation involving alcohol and drugs, refusing to comply with a demand, failing to remain at the scene, and driving without a valid permit. Her licence was suspended for 90 days, and her vehicle was impounded for seven days.

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on November 13, 2025.
