A two-vehicle crash in Brampton on Friday night resulted in one adult and three children being hospitalized. The collision occurred around 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Ray Lawson Boulevard and Timberlane Drive, just east of McLaughlin Road South.
According to Peel police, after the initial crash, one of the vehicles struck four pedestrians. Paramedics reported that one child sustained serious injuries, while the adult and two other children suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Both drivers had minor injuries and remained at the scene.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation. Ray Lawson Boulevard has been closed between McLaughlin Road South and Cherrytree Drive.
