A 41-year-old driver from Grand Bend has been charged following a hit-and-run incident on Highway 403 near the Paris Road off-ramp in Brant County on August 15, around 7:30 p.m.

Police reported that the driver of a white Honda Civic struck another vehicle and then fled the scene. While speaking with the complainant, officers observed signs of impairment and administered a roadside breath test, which the driver failed.

The man was charged with impaired operation and failure to comply with a demand.
