A 45-year-old cyclist sustained minor injuries after being hit by a Ford sedan in Guelph early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Westwood Road and Willow Road.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene, and paramedics provided treatment on-site. The intersection was briefly closed to allow for investigation but has since reopened.

Guelph Police have indicated that charges are pending in relation to the collision.
