A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle at a Cambridge roundabout Thursday evening.
Waterloo Regional Police say the collision happened around 7:50 p.m. at the intersection of Franklin Boulevard and Dundas Street South. A 49-year-old man was hit by a Hyundai and taken to a hospital outside the region with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The driver, a 31-year-old man from Burlington, was not injured. Police have not announced any charges and say the investigation is ongoing. Witnesses are being asked to contact investigators.
