A 51-year-old North Dumfries man has died following a collision involving a lawn tractor and a vehicle on Monday morning.
Emergency crews were called to Clyde Road at approximately 10:10 a.m. after reports of a serious crash. Police said the man was operating a lawn tractor when the collision occurred.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle, a 16-year-old girl from Cambridge, was not injured in the incident.
Waterloo Regional Police closed Clyde Road between Village Road and Cooper Road for several hours while investigators examined the scene. The roadway has since reopened.
Police have not announced any charges, and the investigation remains ongoing.
