A collision involving a snowplow in Exeter has resulted in charges against a driver. Police say the incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. on December 9 while a snowplow was clearing snow along London Road and traveling northbound.
A pickup truck attempted to overtake the plow on the right and struck it. The pickup driver, a 63-year-old man, has been charged with careless driving.
