A 31-year-old woman was arrested in Barrie on Wednesday night after allegedly driving with a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit. Police received a report around 9:30 p.m. about a vehicle driving erratically on Livingstone Street East. The woman was found stumbling outside the vehicle, which had reportedly rear-ended another car on Bayfield Street.
The woman was arrested and charged with impaired operation, and released with a court date. Her vehicle was impounded for seven days, and her driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days.
