A boy was hospitalized after a collision in Scarborough on Wednesday night. Emergency crews responded to the scene near Finch Avenue East and Birchmount Road shortly before 8:30 p.m. According to Toronto paramedics, the child was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
