A 37-year-old Calstock resident is facing charges after a single-vehicle crash on Highway 11 in Hanlan Township on Nov. 15. Provincial police determined the individual was already prohibited from driving, leading to charges for driving under suspension and careless driving.
Due to their existing suspension, the vehicle was seized for 45 days as required by provincial rules. The accused is expected to appear in court at a later date.
