A 66-year-old man from Carleton Place lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Pine Grove Road in Lanark Highlands. Emergency crews responded to the scene around 4 p.m. Thursday, between Concession Road 8A and Giles Road. Despite attempts to save him, the man was declared dead at the site.
The Ontario Provincial Police continue to investigate the incident and are requesting any relevant information or dashcam footage from the public to assist with the case.
