Highway 11 saw another winter-related closure Monday afternoon following a collision in Oro-Medonte Township.

Ontario Provincial Police say a car and a snowplow collided at Line 10, forcing the highway to close for about four hours. A tow truck was brought in, and the road reopened around 7 p.m., though police warned additional lane closures may be needed to repair damaged guardrails.

Motorists were advised to plan alternate routes if travelling through the area.
