Traffic was backed up on the Queen Elizabeth Way in Mississauga after a crash on Thursday evening.
The collision occurred just before 6 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the QEW near Mississauga Road, according to the OPP. While the number of vehicles involved has not been confirmed, no injuries were reported.
By around 7:15 p.m., all lanes were reopened, although police cautioned that traffic may remain slow as congestion clears.
