A 23-year-old woman was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run involving a cyclist in Waterloo Tuesday night.
The collision occurred around 10:45 p.m. near Albert Street and Seagram Drive. Police say the cyclist was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. Investigators believe the suspect vehicle is a newer model Mercedes SUV.
