A 61-year-old cyclist was taken to hospital after a collision with a vehicle in south Barrie on Saturday afternoon.
Barrie police said the crash happened around 4:20 p.m. near Big Bay Point Road, west of Yonge Street.
The cyclist was transported to hospital following the collision. The driver, a 32-year-old man, stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The crash led to an hours-long closure of one westbound lane on Montgomery Drive. No charges have been laid. The investigation remains ongoing.
