A cyclist was hospitalized Thursday afternoon after a collision involving a truck in Toronto’s Dovercourt Village.
The crash happened shortly after 1 p.m. at Bloor Street West and Rusholme Road, where emergency crews responded to reports of a cyclist being struck.
Police say the cyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries that are not considered life-threatening. The truck driver stayed at the scene.
The area was temporarily closed to traffic while emergency crews responded and investigated. The roads have since reopened.
