Two pedestrians were hospitalized with serious injuries after a collision in Mississauga Monday evening, according to paramedics.
The incident occurred on Crescent Road between Indian Road and Lorne Park Road, located south of the QEW and east of Southdown Road. Peel Regional Police said officers were dispatched to the scene shortly after 6:15 p.m. following reports of a crash involving multiple pedestrians.
The injured pedestrians received medical treatment and were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. Police confirmed the driver was arrested at the scene, and the circumstances surrounding the collision remain under investigation. No charges have been announced.
