Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a serious crash involving two vehicles on Highway 400 in North York, which occurred before 7:30 a.m. ET in the southbound lanes near Highway 401. Four right lanes were temporarily closed for the investigation.
A grey vehicle with significant front-end damage was towed from the scene. One driver was hospitalized with undisclosed injuries and has been arrested and charged with impaired driving. OPP is asking anyone with information, including cellphone or dashcam footage, to come forward.
