A driver has been charged following a collision that injured a pedestrian in Walkerton, according to South Bruce OPP. The incident occurred at 12:16 p.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of Durham Street East and Colborne Street South in the Municipality of Brockton.

A 64-year-old pedestrian was struck by a passenger vehicle while crossing the road and was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver, a 27-year-old Brockton resident, has been charged with careless driving causing bodily harm.
