Police are searching for a driver who left the scene after a collision involving an e-bike in Midland on Monday night.
Officers responded to the crash at the intersection of William Street and Coral Springs Lane between 9 and 9:20 p.m. Both the e-bike and a passenger vehicle were travelling northbound when they collided.
The driver of the vehicle fled the area, while the e-bike rider suffered minor injuries and was assessed at the scene by paramedics.
Investigators recovered debris believed to be from the vehicle, including part of a side mirror. Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or may have dash cam footage to come forward as the investigation continues.
