A three-vehicle crash south of Smiths Falls early Thursday morning left one driver dead. The collision happened shortly after 5:30 a.m. on County Road 29 near Kitley South Elmsley Townline Road.
A 61-year-old local woman was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other drivers sustained only minor injuries. The OPP’s Leeds County detachment is continuing the investigation.
