A three-vehicle collision in Innisfil on Tuesday evening resulted in one person being taken to hospital, with police noting the individual was not wearing a seatbelt.
South Simcoe police responded to the crash around 6 p.m. on Innisfil Beach Road near Highway 400. Investigators determined that one vehicle struck another, forcing it into a third.
The driver responsible for the initial impact sustained minor injuries and was transported to hospital as a precaution. Police have charged that driver with careless driving.
