Provincial police in Huntsville are investigating a crash that caused significant property damage and left one person seriously injured.
Officers responded around midnight on April 24 to Main Street West following reports of a multi-vehicle collision. Upon arrival, they determined a single vehicle had veered off the road, striking seven parked cars and damaging a nearby home.
Due to concerns about the structural safety of the residence, occupants were temporarily relocated to a local hotel.
The 30-year-old driver was airlifted by ORNGE to a Toronto-area hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
