Orillia OPP is seeking public assistance in identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run collision earlier this month.

Police responded to a two-vehicle crash near Shannon and Gill streets around 8:15 p.m. on June 13. Investigators determined that one of the drivers left the scene without reporting the collision as required by law.

The vehicle involved is believed to be a red four-door compact car. Officers continue to investigate and are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam or surveillance footage from the area to contact Orillia OPP.
