A 64-year-old Cambridge man has died after a multi-vehicle collision involving an e-bike in Kitchener on Sunday night.
Waterloo Regional Police responded to the intersection of Franklin Boulevard and Glamis Road at about 8:15 p.m. on Sept. 6. Investigators say the crash involved a Nissan, a RAM pickup truck and an e-bike. The e-bike rider was taken to an out-of-region hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
Police identified the drivers of the two vehicles as 19-year-old men from Cambridge. Neither driver was injured in the collision.
The intersection was closed for several hours while police investigated and processed the scene.
The collision remains under investigation by Waterloo Regional Police.
