A 23-year-old man from Earlton has been charged with impaired driving after a vehicle collided with a camper trailer on private property in Harris, Ontario.
The incident occurred shortly after midnight on July 27. Ontario Provincial Police responded to the scene and, following their investigation, laid two impaired driving charges against the driver, including operating with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.
As a result, his driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and the vehicle involved was impounded for seven days at the owner’s expense. The accused is expected to appear in Haileybury court on August 26.
