A 56-year-old Ingersoll resident has died following an early morning e-bike crash.
Emergency crews responded around 1:30 a.m. to Charles Street East, where an e-bike scooter had collided with a pole. The rider suffered critical injuries and was taken to hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
The road was closed for several hours during the investigation but has since reopened. Police continue to look into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
