An elderly man has died after becoming trapped beneath farm equipment in Oshawa.
According to Durham Regional Police, emergency crews were called to a private farm on Ritson Road North near Howden Road in north Oshawa around 2 p.m. Friday. Upon arrival, they found a man in his 80s pinned under a tractor.
He was freed from the machinery and transported to hospital, where he later died.
Police have not said how the incident occurred.
