A 21-year-old Newbury resident has died following a single-vehicle crash in Lambton County on Friday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police said emergency crews responded to the intersection of Courtright Line and Nauvoo Road in Brooke-Alvinston Township at approximately 7:19 a.m. The lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Road closures are expected to remain in place for several hours, with Courtright Line closed between Old Walnut Road and River Road, and Nauvoo Road closed between Millpond Avenue and Oil Springs Line while investigators examine the scene.
