Part of the westbound lanes on Highway 401 in London has reopened after a tractor-trailer fire late Thursday night.
Emergency crews responded around 11 p.m., with video from London Fire showing thick smoke billowing from the trailer’s contents. The cause of the fire and what the truck was carrying have not yet been determined.
The westbound lanes between Veterans Memorial Parkway and Highbury Avenue were closed during the response but have since reopened.
