One person suffered life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle collision near Stayner on Monday and was airlifted to a Toronto trauma centre.
Ontario Provincial Police said the crash, involving an SUV and a sedan, occurred just before 1 p.m. at the intersection of County Road 7 and Nottawasaga 27/28 Sideroad in Clearview Township.
Four other people sustained minor injuries and were taken to hospital. County Road 7 was closed for several hours between Nottawasaga 27/28 Sideroad and Highway 26 while investigators examined the scene before reopening shortly after 6 p.m.
