A 22-year-old driver from Kitchener is facing several charges after a crash involving a Grand River Transit bus.
Waterloo Regional Police say the collision occurred Sunday around 3:20 p.m. near Margaret Avenue and Victoria Street North. The car involved sustained damage to its front end, but no injuries were reported.
After investigating, officers arrested the driver, who holds a G2 licence. The charges include impaired driving involving alcohol and drugs, having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, careless driving, and violating zero-alcohol rules for novice drivers.
