A 47-year-old man from Hamilton has been charged with careless driving following a collision on Highway 401 in LaSalle involving a tractor trailer and a crash attenuator vehicle.
The incident occurred Tuesday at 8:49 a.m. when a tractor trailer struck a crash truck that was providing protection for road workers in the eastbound lanes. While the tractor trailer driver was not injured, the crash truck operator was taken to hospital as a precaution.
