Windsor police are cautioning drivers about icy road conditions after at least one vehicle slid into a ditch in Amherstburg. The incident occurred Tuesday morning at Alma Street and Concession 5 North, where drivers reportedly hit a patch of ice and slid through a stop sign.
No injuries were reported. Police advised motorists to avoid Alma Street and use alternate routes, warning that roads are very slick.
