A 30-year-old Kitchener resident is facing multiple charges after a two-vehicle collision in Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Wellington County OPP responded to the crash around 7 p.m. on July 15 on Wellington Road 124. No injuries were reported.
Police charged the driver with impaired driving, dangerous driving, operating a vehicle without insurance, and driving with open liquor. The accused also received a 90-day driver’s licence suspension and had their vehicle impounded for seven days.
The individual is scheduled to appear in a Guelph court in August.
