A Hamilton driver is facing multiple charges after an early morning three-vehicle collision on Highway 403 in Brant County.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash in the eastbound lanes near the Wayne Gretzky Parkway off-ramp at approximately 2 a.m. Tuesday. No serious injuries were reported.
Following the investigation, a 34-year-old Hamilton resident was charged with impaired operation, operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit, and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
