A 35-year-old man from Hillsburgh is facing charges after crashing his vehicle in Erin over the weekend.
Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police responded to the scene on Ninth Line just after 12:30 a.m. Sunday, where a car had struck a tree, leaving the driver trapped inside. Emergency crews were able to free the driver, who was then taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police later charged him with driving while suspended.
