A section of Dougall Avenue in Windsor is closed following a multi-vehicle crash Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the northbound lanes between Ouellette Place and South Cameron Boulevard are shut down, and all northbound traffic is being detoured south. The closure will remain in place while officers manage the scene.
