A 36-year-old man from LaSalle is facing multiple charges after a crash on Windsor’s E.C. Row Expressway.
Essex County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a single-vehicle collision around 7:06 a.m. Wednesday near Ojibway Parkway West. Following their investigation, the driver was arrested at the scene.
He has been charged with impaired operation involving alcohol and drugs, having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit, and dangerous driving.
The accused is set to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on June 10, 2026. Authorities also imposed a 90-day driver’s licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment under provincial regulations.
