A 26-year-old man from Leamington is facing multiple charges after a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
Police responded to a collision on Highway 77 near Mersea Road 8 at approximately 12:06 a.m. Following an investigation, the driver was arrested and charged with impaired operation, refusal to comply with a demand, and dangerous driving under the Criminal Code.
Authorities also imposed a 90-day administrative driver’s licence suspension and a seven-day vehicle impoundment in accordance with provincial regulations.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on July 16.
