A multi-vehicle crash on the Gardiner Expressway near Jameson Avenue caused major traffic disruptions Saturday morning but has since been cleared. Emergency crews responded shortly before noon to the collision affecting both eastbound and westbound lanes.
Initially, westbound traffic was fully blocked and two eastbound lanes were closed. By 12:34 p.m., eastbound lanes had reopened, and eventually all lanes were cleared. Authorities have not reported any injuries, and the investigation into the cause is ongoing.
