A man in his 60s was seriously injured after being struck during a two-vehicle collision in Etobicoke early Friday morning.
Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Albion Road and Finch Avenue West just after 6 a.m. The pedestrian was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police confirmed both drivers remained at the scene. The intersection was temporarily closed but has since reopened.
The crash also disrupted service on the Finch West LRT, with trains halted between Mount Olive and Albion stations and shuttle buses brought in. Transit service has since returned to normal.
