A 40-year-old Windsor man is facing several charges after a two-vehicle collision in Tecumseh on Saturday morning.
Ontario Provincial Police responded to the crash on County Road 22 near Lesperance Road at approximately 7:13 a.m. No injuries were reported.
The driver was arrested and charged with impaired operation related to alcohol and drugs, impaired operation with a blood alcohol concentration over the legal limit, and dangerous operation.
Police also issued a 90-day Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension and impounded the vehicle for seven days. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on November 10, 2026.
