A 47-year-old Petrolia man is facing multiple impaired driving charges following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Tecumseh.
Ontario Provincial Police responded around 1:56 p.m. Wednesday after a vehicle struck a guardrail near Provincial Road. The driver was not injured.
Following the investigation, police charged the man with impaired operation involving alcohol and drugs, impaired operation with a blood alcohol concentration exceeding the legal limit, and dangerous operation.
He was also given a 90-day administrative licence suspension, while the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
