A man in his 30s was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Brampton early Saturday morning. The collision occurred around 4:20 a.m. on McVean Road, between Castlemore Road and Countryside Drive, and involved a white pickup truck and a blue Jeep.
Peel paramedics assessed three people at the scene, transporting two to hospital — one with serious injuries and another in stable condition. Police said both occupants of the pickup truck have since been released from hospital.
Investigators believe the crash was likely head-on, though the exact sequence of events remains unclear. Roads in the area were closed for several hours as police conducted their investigation.
