A man was critically injured Monday evening after being hit by a vehicle in Hamilton. The collision occurred shortly after 5 p.m. near Barton Street East and Rosslyn Avenue North, where a Mazda CX-30 struck the pedestrian as he crossed the road. Emergency crews transported him to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation and is asking witnesses, drivers with dashcam footage, and nearby residents or businesses with surveillance cameras to review and share any relevant recordings.
