A 43-year-old motorcyclist suffered critical injuries after a collision in Scarborough on Saturday evening. According to Toronto police, the crash occurred shortly after 6 p.m. near Lawrence Avenue East and Kingston Road.

Investigators report that a 37-year-old man driving a black Mercedes 4MG was turning left from Falaise Road onto Kingston Road when he collided with a black Honda motorcycle traveling westbound on Kingston.

The motorcyclist was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, police and paramedics confirmed. Members of Traffic Services continue to investigate and are urging anyone with security or dashcam footage from the area to contact them at 416-808-1900.
