A man waiting at a Brampton bus shelter was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a vehicle crashed into the shelter Monday night.
The collision happened shortly after 10 p.m. near Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue, where two vehicles were involved in a crash. One vehicle then struck the nearby bus shelter, hitting the man who was waiting inside.
Police say the man’s injuries are not considered serious. A 43-year-old woman who was driving one of the vehicles has been charged with careless driving.
