A Guelph man has been charged in connection with a fatal collision in Caledon nearly five months after the crash.
The incident happened around 5:20 a.m. on March 19 near Caledon/East Garafraxa Townline and 19 Line, involving a 2015 Volkswagen Golf and a 2011 Chevrolet Impala.
The Impala driver suffered critical injuries and died at the scene. The Golf driver, 29-year-old Antonio Isho, was also seriously injured and taken to a trauma centre.
At the request of the Ontario Provincial Police, Peel Regional Police investigated the crash over the following months. Isho was arrested on August 17 and charged with dangerous operation causing death.
He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
